If you are not satisfied with your pearl jewelry purchase,
we will be glad to refund your money. Shipping costs are not refundable.
Gift Certificate purchases may only be returned for exchange. Claims for
refunds must be made within 30 days from purchase of merchandise. There
is a 10% restocking fee if returned after 30 days from purchase. No returns
are acceptable after 60 days from purchase. You are responsible for return
shipping costs. Extended Holiday Return: Items purchased between Nov. 7
and Dec. 6 may be returned any time before Jan. 6 with no restocking fee.
Please email us at Pearl Oasis before your return. All returns
must be shipped in a crush proof box to prevent damage in shipping. Failure
to return both the inner and outer jewelry box will result in a $5.00 box
fee. Returned items must be sent back by insured mail covering the full
value in the same condition as when originally shipped and must include
a copy of our receipt. Items that have attached tags will only be accepted
for return if the tags have not been removed. Shipping and handling charges
are not refundable. Gift Wrapping cost is not refundable. Customized items
and special orders are subjected to 15% restocking fee. Please return to
